Sarah Heal

Sarah Heal has fifteen years experience in Information Management. After starting her career at Archives New Zealand, Sarah moved into local government where, as well as information management roles, she has worked as a policy analyst and corporate planner. Sarah was responsible for the successful implementation of document management at Dunedin City Council.
Sarah is Information Leadership’s thought leader in the development and delivery of recordkeeping and change management programmes, as well as developing information strategies for organisations.

Grant Margison
B.E., Dip. Bus.
Grant Margison regularly consults for a wide range of public and private sector clients. His assignments include assisting organisations in making the right IT choices and engaging the entire organisation to ensure the success of IT projects.
Grant has held senior management positions in New Zealand at Enerco, Southpower and Counties Power, where he was known for successfully using new technologies to contain business advantage and service improvement. He has been consulting in the “technology” meets “people and business” space for 12 years.
Grant provides the thought leadership for knowledge management, gaining change in organisations and Information Leadership’s distinctive visual models. |

Grant and Sarah are founders of Information Leadership Consulting Limited. This consultancy business specialises in helping organisations achieve more from IT. The consultancy has undertaken substantive projects in over one hundred organisations in the last four years, covering Science, Health, Education, Engineering, Utility, Financial Services, Local and Central Government.
We regularly use and teach the mind tools in this book to enable our clients to scope, review and rejuvenate IT projects, as well as build information architectures and strategies.
